I’m Marius Simion, a mixing and mastering engineer with over 15 years of experience helping artists, producers, rappers, singers, and independent musicians achieve clean, balanced, release-ready sound.
Through Song Mix Master, I provide online mixing, vocal mixing, and mastering services for artists who want a professional sound without losing the emotion and identity of their music. What I Do
My main work is focused on online mixing and mastering. I help artists turn raw recordings, vocal stems, instrumentals, and finished mixes into polished songs that feel more professional and translate better outside the studio.
- Audio mastering: final loudness, tonal balance, dynamics, stereo control, and release-ready delivery.
- Mixing and mastering: balancing stems, shaping vocals, controlling low end, adding depth.
- Vocal mixing: EQ, compression, de-essing, saturation, reverb, delay, automation, and vocal placement.
- Music production support: guidance on file preparation, references, loudness, and mix translation.
Genres I Work With
Over the years, I have worked across many modern music styles, including:

Every genre needs a different balance. A trap song does not need the same low-end treatment as an acoustic ballad, and a vocal-heavy pop song does not need the same mastering approach as a club track.

My Mixing and Mastering Workflow
I use a professional hybrid digital workflow built around critical listening, accurate monitoring, trusted DAWs, and carefully selected audio tools. The gear matters, but the most important part is still decision-making.

My role is not to force your song into a generic template. My job is to understand the direction of the track and enhance what is already there: the vocal emotion, groove, low end, atmosphere, and energy.
Precision and musicality
Technical precision matters, but music is not only technical. EQ, compression, saturation, stereo imaging, and limiting should serve the feeling of the song, not destroy it for the sake of numbers.

I treat every project individually. Some songs need cleaner vocals. Some need tighter bass. Some need more depth, more punch, less harshness, or a more controlled master. The right decision depends on the song.
